I called several times and was told they were busy, there was traffic, etc. When the tables arrived, the white folding chairs were all BEAT. Some had most of the white paint on the frames chipped off. They looked AWFUL. My husband asked when the Monday pick up would be(he said we were not available in the morning) and the owner's boyfriend, who was making the delivery said they would return around 2pm. I contacted them around 4PM, and the owner(Lori) told me that because my husband said 2pm(Nope) we were going to have to be the last stop, and they were very busy and there was traffic, etc. They did not arrive until 6:30pm While the rentals were reasonably priced,($55) there was a $150 drop off/pick up fee. She told me that it was because it was hard to find help(later we found out it was her boyfriend) Customer service was pretty much non existent. Lots of excuses as to why they were not meeting the scheduled times THEY set, and the chairs were beat to hell. I used this company last year and they were great, hence the repeat business. I later found out the company has recently been purchased by the current owner. One star is one too many. I hate to do this, but they failed to meet expectations all the way around.

I believe we had 20 farm tables and 140 chairs rented from them. I communicated with Angel from Gabro and she was always very responsive. The day of the wedding they were great and the products I rented were in great shape. The wedding was absolutely beautiful in large part due to them. I had such a great experience using them at my wedding, I am using them again for my best friends baby shower.
