She was short and rude and very unhelpful. We explained to her one of our cars had been ridden off due to hail damage and we were very interested in the outlander. We explained we had done a lot of research on them and had test driven one before but wanted to re test drive one to re jog our memory and be 100% in buying that car. Her response was "Well are you going to buy it today?" We said we were not sure yet. She said " Well our 7 yr warranty and 2 yr free service ends today so if you aren't going to buy it today I don't have time for you to test drive it". We found her extremely rude. We had more then half the deposit for the car and had to go all the way to Maroochydore to get better service. We are so appalled by the service we will never go back. Toni was rude from the get go, never introduced herself not even a hello, just straight to the point of are you going to buy a car today or not.
