Browns Autobahn went well beyond expectation when they recently serviced my Kia Cerato. I took my car to Browns for it's first service, 15,000km after other recommendations and I was not disappointed. Not only do I keep my new car warranty but the service was much the same cost as the Brisbane dealer I brought the car from. My car came back washed, cleaned inside, deodorized as well as other special touches you just just don't get with large dealerships. This was my first experience with Browns Auto. I am very particular with my car needs so please believe me when I say that this experience exceeded my expectations in EVERY possible way & I will not hesitate in returning my Subaru to them in future. Tim. the Office manager, could not have been clearer in explaining what work was required & on pick-up went through the costs which were completely in line with the quotation given prior to work commencing which was more than competitive. I was driven into Nambour CBD to "kill" a couple of hours whilst my car was being serviced & was picked up on time.To my great surprise on returning to Browns the car had been washed, glass cleaned inside & out, vacuumed & deodorised all at no additional cost .
