We had them complete an insulation project last month and they completed it within 2 business days, which was a day faster than they had quoted. The job started off a little rocky at first where they came about an hour after they said they would arrive but once they got there they worked efficiently and carefully to blow in insulation throughout the entire house and then patched the stucco so that it would be easier to paint over. It was nice they even patched part of the stucco that was broken/missing. They also quoted a fair price and even though they are located about an hour south of Fresno, they completed the job under the time they quoted and also cleaned everything up, including putting back a curtain rod that was knocked over during the project. Some staff don't speak English, but Luis, the project leader communicated well and did things as promised. I would recommend this company to others for blown-in insulation. read more

I live by Bakersfield College, most of the houses in that area were built in the 50's which means no wall insulation. I've had my house for over 5 years now and finally pulled the trigger on the blown in wall insulation. There isn't a day I regret doing it especially during the summer heat. For the last couple of years my walls would be warm to the touch due to the heat, but now the walls stay cold, my AC isn't running all the time so I'm saving money on that as well. We had our 24 year old insulation (R-30) removed and replaced with R-38 with sanitizing done because of a rat infestation. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. The removal and cleaning took 2 days and the installation took one day. They took pictures of their work and repaired holes in the ducting. They also sealed some access areas the rats were using. They even removed a live rat they found in the attic. These guys were great. Luis made recommendations to add insulation above the garage (which there was none prior) because the garage attic was open to the house attic. Our house felt immediately warmer (January) and more comfortable. We are completely happy with their work and can recommend them. read more

My house was built in 1956 or so and had no insulation in the main house walls or in the converted garage. So even though I had the attic in the main house insulated I felt no cooler in hot weather or warmer in winter and I was pretty cold in the winter time even at 68 thermostat settings and had to wear 3 layers on top of me in winter in the house. Luis came to give me a quote for the exterior walls only and afterward I decided to have him look at the attic anyway cause it had been quite some time since the last attic insulation. Due to a portion of the ceiling collapsing in the kitchen and a big crack in the garage before a re roofing a year ago I wondered if I needed more insulation added in the attic. So I had him do the attic as well. The men came so much quicker than I expected. Started the following week and finished up in 4 days because I had to have some cracks in the garage walls indoors repaired that appeared due to the drywall not being screwed in tightly from a previous construction job that had been done several years back. They did a very good job of repairing that drywall. They then patched the insulation holes which are two holes every so often across each wall. Brown stucco plaster turned gray after several hours. I will get it repainted some other time. Luis was very proficient in English and explained every step well to me. His dad Maurilio and Juan worked on my house the first 3 days and Juan and Fabian finished up on the 4th day. Dad Maurilio has lots of experience. By evening after the attic was all stuffed up and the exterior walls all patched up I was amazed at how much cooler the house was and the garage was no longer blazing hot. I could feel the AC breeze much more easily in the main house and the garage. And slept better although I normally keep the house at 78 per PGE guidelines. Trying to find solutions to my high utility bills and to why my house (built in the late 1950's) is so cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Apparently when our home was built, the contractor failed to put in insulation in one whole corner of the house, in the attic, we have lived there 26 years and couldn't figure out why the house is so cold in the winter and hot in the summer, we had someone come in to work on the air vents recently and he took pictures of the lack of insulation, very disappointing.
