After waiting 5 mins or so for any acknowledgment another worker came out the back (didn't even think that someone else was there) and didn't acknowledge us...this one hopped in the convo that was going on with the customer that we found there ( this wasn't even a conversation @ jewelry). So after being ignored for another two mins we left. Apparently not all money nor patrons are accepted here. I can't say that I am shocked but I think that I am more disappointed with the ignorance. Never will they EVER have me nor my money at this store. Customer service is horrible. Glad that I did not put my hard earned dollars into this business. All I can say is you never know who's who and who has how much money but it's unfortunate they lost a really big sale. The staff was so friendly and helpful making suggestions, but they never felt pushy. There's also a great bakery across the street. It's a "must" stop when on Magazine Street.
