I'd say this is a middle range Tesco but does well to stock other extras. I've previously brought DVD's that have just been released, cake tins and books. The staff are really friendly and they are quite a few local regulars that the staff know well. What makes this Tesco good for lunches is they have a small hot food section that does a range of chicken and chips. They do 8 chicken niblets fpr £1

For me though generally it is a nightmare to drive in and out of, it is so close to the main Coventry Rd and I only tend to go here during a weekday as evenings and weekends it is too stressful to drive too. Another time I always go is in the middle of the night coming up to Christmas, its quieter but shockingly still fairly busy at 3am!!

NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN. AVOID THESE FAKESTERS. MEDINA SUPERSTORE, MAS BAZAR and even BANGLa STATION with its high prices is better than Paks supermarket lozells road, atleast in Bangl station you gonna get fresh produce at the weight it's supposed to be at even if they charge extra but at PaKsSupermarket Lozells not only they charge you but the hive you produce which is gone bad and even from there they will steal a few pieces out. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. BTW have you guys seen the TikTok videos by PaKs lozells road, all comments are turned off. we wonder why. must be a reason. what have you got to hide. you don't want the word getting around that you guys are leeching off the local community. you disgraceful people. The car park is big and the shop is accessible (this isn't tucked into some silly corner of Chelmsley Wood, it's easy to get to). It's part of a bigger shopping centre so there are other facilities on site, and there's also the main shopping centre behind it. Staff were friendly and doing their jobs; no complaints there. Some people seemed to have a little trouble finding how to get out of the car park, but I imagine that's just people being people and not reading the signs.

The store seems much more modern than I'm used to from Morrisons. The store is visually pleasant. As you enter the store, you'll be greeted by their Market Kitchen area where food counters are available offering a rotational daily selection of hot dishes, pizza and a couple of other options alongside the regular Morrisons Cafe offering. The facilities inside the store are good and also include Amazon Lockers. The selection in terms of groceries was reasonable. Prices were competitive but did seem fairly expensive for some items including Cravendale Milk, even out pricing some convenience stores in Birmingham city centre. The staff seemed friendly enough; there was a lack of them on the shop floor however to assist customers. 4* - An impressive Morrisons with an overall store look/feel that I hope they roll out across more of their supermarkets nationwide.

They're always busy, which is testament to the wide selection of products they have and offers they tend to put on. The fruit and vegetables are displayed outside where you're free to bag as much as you like and ask a staff member to keep it near the tills while you browse through the aisles inside. The staff members are very polite and offer to drop your shopping to your car, which is very helpful because parking in the area is hectic so you could be quite a walk away. Although their fruit and vegetables are competitively priced, I feel the rest of their items can be overpriced, considering the number of supermarkets you have on this stretch of the Stratford Road. They could do a better job of maintaining the shop floor and exterior considering they have many workers.

The store's opening hours advertised outside are incorrect, the store is listed as being open until 10 pm, however, they currently close at 3 pm. I think this is really early to be closing, there are still many flights departing and arriving long after 3 pm, so this is very early. The "made without wheat" section was limited, but they did have a basic selection of bread and pasta, in the store as a whole they stocked a good range of essentials including bread, dairy, cheeses and ready meals. 3* - It's a cool location for the store, and while the selection is much smaller and much costlier than over branches of Marks And Spencer, it does a good job in the location it is in. I just wish it was open at decent times!
