I'd say this is a middle range Tesco but does well to stock other extras. I've previously brought DVD's that have just been released, cake tins and books. The staff are really friendly and they are quite a few local regulars that the staff know well. The car park is big and the shop is accessible (this isn't tucked into some silly corner of Chelmsley Wood, it's easy to get to). It's part of a bigger shopping centre so there are other facilities on site, and there's also the main shopping centre behind it. Staff were friendly and doing their jobs; no complaints there. Some people seemed to have a little trouble finding how to get out of the car park, but I imagine that's just people being people and not reading the signs.

The facilities inside the store are good and also include Amazon Lockers. The selection in terms of groceries was reasonable. Prices were competitive but did seem fairly expensive for some items including Cravendale Milk, even out pricing some convenience stores in Birmingham city centre. Although their fruit and vegetables are competitively priced, I feel the rest of their items can be overpriced, considering the number of supermarkets you have on this stretch of the Stratford Road.
