Once at the counter I realised i was a few coins short with no clubcard. Security guard Richard was in ear sight at this time and enquired about my purchase. Once he found out the situation he offered to use his club card and pay the tiny difference. I told him I would run back home quickly to grab the change to make up the difference but he assured me he was doing out of his good will. I let him know I will write a positive review about him as it's been a long time I've had an experience at a retail store where a staff member let alone a security guard offered to help with someones struggles. I think we need more people like Richard in this world and by writing this review I have my fingers crossed his kindness will be recognised. I offered the small difference back once again to which he kindly declined. I hope to pay you back some day Richard in some way I really appreciate what you have done for me that day.
