Iceland sell frozen products, chilled items (dairy, fresh meat, salad etc) and grocery products. It also sells alcohol and basic homewares. Everything is extremely well priced, and some of the cheapest out of the main UK supermarkets, including 89p pizzas. It won Pizza Retailer of the Year 2014, and at Christmas 2014 it won "best mince pies in Britain" by the Good Housekeeping institute.
Iceland offer a free home delivery service on shopping which totals over £25. They accept all major credit cards, Flexecash cards, Love2Shop vouchers, and cash. They don't accept cheques. They offer cashback.
This store is clean, well stocked, and well laid out, with friendly and helpful staff and managers, who are happy to go out of the way to help their customers.
It has 5 aisles and 5 tills including a wide wheelchair-access till. As well as trolleys and baskets, it also has a disabled trolley and an infant trolley available. Trolleys require a £1 coin or a token to release them. The store can get very busy at times, especially around certain times of year such as Christmas.
