You can not beat their pizza. It was located in Linesville before the fire. Now in Conneaut Lake. Have added a bakery now.

This beach is located next to Ice House Park along Conneaut Lake. You can walk back and forth…read morebetween the beach and the park in a few minutes. There are bathroom facilities here, along with playground equipment. I would have liked it if the port-a-johns located here had some kind of hand sanitizer available in this time of Corona19, but there was none. This beach has a parking lot, and a boat launch also. My favorite thing about this beach is it also has picnic tables so you can sit down and watch the boats coming and going while you eat your lunch from a local eatery (within walking distance), such as Kettle Lake Kitchen . . . (see additional review for their excellent food). Another really cool thing here, is the Purple Martin birdhouses, which are located high above the beach, but not so high that you cannot see (and hear) the birds. There is informational signage also, which is very educational and teaches about the life cycle of the Purple Martins. I also just like seeing the flagpole here, with the flags flapping in the wind, and the metal clasps lightly clinking as the flags flap and blow. This beach is very nautical, and cool . . . CHEERS! P.S. I believe you have to pay to use the parking / facilities here on weekends, but it is free on weekdays. I have only been here during the week, and I have never seen anyone in the booth collecting an admission fee, but there are prices listed on the booth.

It is also the largest natural lake in Pennsylvania by surface area (925 Acres). All I know, it's a great place to visit. You can go swimming, boating, fishing, and more. There is a public beach, and some private ones. There is a nice park (Ice House Park (also on Yelp), and even an Amusement Park (Conneaut Lake Park) here. Lots of amenities nearby also ... Big Cheers!

Conneaut itself is kind of strange with the creepy abandoned looking amusement park, and the super haunted Conneaut hotel. We drove right through the amusement park and hotel until we reached a parking lot right on the lake. I think this is a public beach area right next to the tiki bar. I was impressed by how clean it was, and how beautiful the nearby lake houses were. The tiki bar was busy in the middle of the hot summer day. We walked right onto the dock for their boat! It was super easy and convenient. The lake itself is clean and pretty! We took the boat out to the sandbar at the flagpole in the middle of the water. It was only a few feet of water in some areas and kids and dogs could stand. The water felt amazing - 76 degrees! The bottom of the lake at this point is very sharp, so we had to wear water shoes. The lake is really beautiful and this is a great day trip from Pittsburgh.
