We wanted to get team tshirts made and I'm ashamed to say we first looked at several online options. Sure, the price was cheaper but we had no idea the quality and then the expedited shipping would have been crazy expensive. So I stopped into Young's to talk to them about what I needed. The lady was incredibly helpful (I think her name was Nancy) and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Sure...the shirts cost me a little more than online but I was happy to pay it to support a local company and to avoid the possibility of shipping delays. I picked up the shirts today and they are perfect!!! I will definitely be using them for future needs!

I had a lovely experience getting henna done as a treat for my birthday weekend. This was my first…read moretime here and the experience was lovely. I requested a design I found online and the owner/henna artist put her own take on it which ultimately was even better than the online image! The owner/henna artist was super down to earth and crazy talented! She promptly answered all of my questions leading up to the appointment and continued to do so during the experience. Her pricing is very fair considering her talent and knowledge. The service was top notch! The store is adorable, and I love that the tea, candles and other items available are from local business owners as well. After the henna application, she carefully taped over it usually a special tape which protected it while the color developed that initial day. My only critique is that a portion of my henna design is significantly darker than the rest, however, I did use some self tanner the next day which I was told could lighten the stain. I just would have thought it would have lightened all of it. I'll definitely abstain from using self tanner the next time and see how it goes! I can't wait to return!

Earlier this week I was a in a pinch trying to find a local seller of two display stands that would…read morehold a couple 36"x72" vinyl banners. It was harder than I had expected. One place wanted to charge me $125 a stand, on-line solutions were almost as expensive. I came across Central Graphics during my google searching. Although it didn't look like they sold the stands I needed at retail, I thought they'd be a good place to stop by and ask about where I could find something. By this time I was down to less than 48 hours when I needed the stands for a trade show. (Yes, yes, bad planning on my part, I know) I stopped in at Central Graphics, unannounced having never been a customer of theirs and not knowing anyone there personally. The receptionist called Managing Director, Jeff Loofboro, over to help me. I explained to him the predicament I was in and asked if I could buy a stand from him or if he knew where I could get one. Jeff stopped what he was doing and starting looking around the store. After about 15 minutes he found a slightly broken and used stand back in their production area that seemed like it would work. I offered to rent it from him but he said I could take it for free and just bring it back after the trade show. I did so and it worked out great, even being a bit beat up. Yesterday, I returned the stand to Jeff and offered to buy it from him. Since it was used, slightly damaged, and not something they needed; he gave it to me without charge. I don't know Jeff or anyone at Central Graphics. I've never been a customer of theirs. I'm in the process though of starting up a small business in the area. And simply based on the stellar service CG offered to a stranger walking in off the streets, I intend to become a customer of theirs as soon as possible.

His professionalism and experience were so evident throughout the whole evening! My husband and I were clueless about what to ask for and expect when it comes to DJ's and their services. Joe held our hand the whole way explaining options, etc. He listened to our requests and put together a killer playlist. He cared about the subtle details and showed that he wanted to make our experience unique. Since he also provided our ceremony music, these details and timing were very important and I was amazed at how it all came together so well. He is the best of the best in my book and should the need ever arise - I would hire him again!

Joe did a great job of all of the prep work before hand and provided us with a lot of valuable guidance as far as the timeline, the song list, and the lighting for our reception. He spent a lot of time with us planning the details of our day and how the night was going to go. Some thing I loved particularly about Russell Sound Lab is that they are very upfront with their pricing and packages. We also had them do up lighting for our reception and it looked amazing. It completely set the mood for the night and changed the tone of our reception in the most wonderful way. Bruce was our DJ in charge of the music for the night and he did a fantastic job. He was a great MC with an awesome personality, was very accommodating to requests (we specified that we wanted to take requests), and modified the music anytime I asked. Our dance floor was packed all the way up until midnight and we had a wedding reception for the books. You can't go wrong with this company!
