Meet the Business Owner: Erik F.

Erik Freay has over ten years of experience as an Ice Carver. Trained at the University of Akron Hospitality Program, and seasoned over the course of his Culinary Career, he now carves ice as a professional art form. Fifteen years in the hospitality industry has shown him that passion, dedication, and a willingness to always learn and grow are essential to success. Ice Carving requires these traits; being a unique medium with ever changing demand and clientele.
