I wish I had paid attention to the location of the hotel, because it lands in a bit of a no man's land. If you want to be close to the convention center then there are two hotels across the street. If you want to be close to the city center, then don't stay here. Overall, the hotel was clean and had reasonable amenities. The staff were polite, but not overly helpful. I tried taking the hotel shuttle to and from the convention center, but it was unreliable and did not run very often. I ate dinner in the lobby restaurant a couple nights and that was overall very good.

The location is perfect. Only 15 Minutes from the airport and 3 blocks from the metro. If you like to walk... it could take one hour to get downtown. They have a free shuttle to take you and pick you up from the airport. I would reccomend this hotel to anybody who is in a budget but wants to stay in a decent room. :-)

Lacks some amenities we Americans like: facial tissues, towels racks or hooks, water glasses. Helpful features: direct USB so no converter plugs needed. Spacious and clean, fairly good breakfast, but stuff tends to run out by 8am: coffee cups, some fruit. Gym is tiny and out of the way. Pretty nice overall.

Our room had very frayed wallpaper seams the light control in 329 in the bathroom does not work at all it's broken, not a ding against them I just hope they read this to add to the list of what to fix. Also, as I step onto the pool terrace in June at opening time I should not see a sign that says closed pool needs chemical treatment for 4 days in a row. Now onto the good! Did I mention the food? A+, 5.0 stars however you want to say it. Service - maid staff is superb they leave the rooms spotless for your return many thanks! Next, security- these guys are top notch! We made the mistake of leaving our doors open since we had 2 doors next to each other, they came and persisted with me until I understood the risk of theft, so thank you so much! So that's all

It has 4 stars rating but honestly it is very far from a 4 star service. I checked in to the room with a twin bed and although they were pretty small, they were very comfortable. I joint them together and made it one bed. The problem was I felt like nobody stayed in that room for ages or they haven't cleaned in a while. The floor were very dusty and had a lot of particles. The furniture inside looks old and stained. There were plenty of flies I had to battle with and since I couldn't get rid of them I had to call the house keeping to spray insect repellents. It didn't manage to get rid of them tho. They refuse to provide me a room slipper and toiletries were very basic so FYI you need to carry your own. Most of all, I was very disappointed with the room service. They were very pricey compared to many other hotels but it doesn't worth the price. I ordered traditional Club Sandwich which was awful. I wonder if it was even clean. I wouldn't eat it if I had a choice. Sandwich bread was socked in a mayonnaise sauce and tomatoes. Chicken were probably right from the fridge because they were very cold and looks very messy. Especially the French fries they serve looks almost like they were uncooked potatoes wedges. I didn't bring it to their attention because the person who keeps answering the phone already seems irritated after calling multiple times for different reason. There was no phone book directory or anything so I have to keep calling the only operator.
