Most importantly, I left a favorite blouse in the closet and traveled home without it. The hotel is nice. Clean room, etc. but horrible customer service. I woke up at 5:30 am and was…read morevery very hungry. I had eaten dinner around 10:30 pm so it wasn't as if I skipped a meal. So I went down stairs to see if they had anything they could offer me or a vending machine. Well the lady at the front desk rudely told me there was no food until 7am. I begged her for anything a piece of bread, apple....anything and again, she rudely said..."sorry, can't help you". Mind you, they have no store in hotel or vending machine. The kitchen is very close to reception and she could have easily taken the time to walk into the kitchen she could have found any little thing for me. I was so disgusted by her behavior. And 7am is very late for any hotel establishment to start serving breakfast. I also asked her if there was anything close by I could walk to that was open....and again I got a rude response from her, "nope". Just "nope". Such a turn off for a customer. Will not stay at this hotel chain ever again.

Wi Fi potente e gratuito in camera.
