Wow! This is such an amazing hotel. From the staff, to the room, to the overall atmosphere-it is…read morejust amazing. This was my second time staying at NH Las Tablas and it will not be my last. I came here for an event and the breakfast is an amazing spread. They have a variety of cheeses, fruit, yogurts, meats, breads, sweets, and eggs available. If you are on any kind of diet or have an allergy you will be able to find something to eat or the staff can prepare something for you. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Today the woman thought that I told her my room number was 150 (instead of 105) and she informed me breakfast was not included in my room. I went and spoke to the front desk staff and they cleared it up right away and the woman apologized to me. She was so nice and understanding about everything and so was I. The lunch and dinner are no different. The lunch has a variety of meats, cheeses, salads, breads, pastries, sweets, paella, coffee, juice, and of course wine! Every table has a bottle of this amazing red wine that is a good balance of cherry and blackberries and is not too dry. It goes so well with both the lunch and dinner options. At dinner the first time I stayed the restaurant was open and so my friends and I were able to receive as much wine as we wanted and an amazing meal. We started with these savory grilled vegetables of onion, mushroom, and a variety of peppers. They were just the right amount of salt and I just wanted to keep eating them! Then for dinner we had this lightly seasoned chicken and fries. Now to the room--just beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom is modernly decorated with this large and beautiful tub. I recommend asking for additional shampoo or shower gel and soaking in the tub with a class of wine. The entire hotel has wi-fi, so you will be able to relax to music on your phone or computer. The beds are a nice balance of soft and hard, so you wake up extremely refreshed and ready for the next day. The television has tons of channels in English and Spanish, so you can relax all morning long. I love that check out is not until 12pm and there is no rush for you to leave. The front desk staff are very flexible and overall just so nice and are happy to have you stay with them. Around the hotel there are a few restaurants, grocery stores, and this huge shopping center with a hipercor and el corte ingles. There are not many "touristy" things to do in the area, but if you want to get away from the touristy areas this is a nice and quiet place to stay and relax. I highly recommend NH Las Tablas for your stay in Madrid.

Breakfast can be included in your stay for €14, €16 if you don't pre-book it at the time of check in. Parking is underground and €14.50. We haven't tried the in hotel bar or restaurant yet, so I can't comment. I am pleased at what I received for the price I paid. I went to the bar/cafeteria/buffet and there was a tv crew in there holding an interview. I was not allowed to go in or to order they said they could set up food for us in the main lobby. There is that choice or get room service and pay more for the same room. I am less than impressed now

At least it was fairly inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area. My room had plain wood furniture that was fixed to the walls, and smooth, sand-colored stone floors throughout. Very drab and almost no styling. (Easy to clean, I suppose). The bed was comfy enough to get a decent sleep. (Though jet lag kept waking me up at odd hours, so it was hard to tell.) Wi-fi was included, but it was pokey. As for the TV, it was the old school picture tube variety, but coverage of English-speaking channels was surprisingly good. The only problem was that most of them had noisy (aka snowy) signals. The best aspect was location - right next to a huge city park. i went for a nice walk on my arrival day, and on my departure day I went for a fantastic run in the early morning. Also, the Tres Cantos train station was only a 3 minute walk away. So, in less than 30 minutes i could be in the heart of old Madrid. (I took advantage only once) Another nice aspect of the hotel was the friendly lobby staff and the breakfast, which included a large buffet and excellent coffee made to order. Quite key for starting a long work day on the right foot.

The rooms are impeccably clean, reflecting your hard work, attention to detail, and dedication. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and they truly enhance the experience for everyone. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness!" Disliked · Dear [Hotel Management/To Whom It May Concern], I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the customer service I experienced at your hotel on January 23rd. When I arrived to check in that afternoon, I was informed by the reception staff that my reservation was for January 24th, not the 23rd. Realizing this was my mistake, I politely asked if the reservation could be adjusted to the 23rd. However, from the beginning, the staff's response was an emphatic "no," and they insisted I pay an additional €149 for the night. I asked to speak with a manager, but one of the receptionists (a young woman with curly hair) informed me that the manager was on a call and might not speak to me at all. When I told her I was willing to wait, her dismissive response was: "She might not attend to you anyway." This response felt unprofessional and added to my frustration. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, the reception staff were unhelpful and unwilling to explore any solutions. One of them even explained that only the hotel could resolve the issue, as per the booking.com system, yet they refused to assist further. Adding to the unpleasantness, they both refused to provide their names--removing their name tags--and maintained a negative and unaccommodating attitude throughout. I was eventually forced to contact booking.com directly. The representative there was extremely courteous and resolved the issue promptly by contacting your hotel directly, at which point the reservation was changed without difficulty. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a first-time guest. The dismissive and unprofessional behavior of the two reception staff (one with curly hair and the other with short blonde hair) as well as the manager's refusal to speak with me reflects poorly on your hotel's commitment to customer service.

Very 1970s!The hotel is situated close to many restaurants across the road (we didn't risk the hotel one) but nothing was worth writing home about. The only positive thing was that the hotel was 5 minutes to the office and they did shuttle us there-but on the last day the bus broke down as we arrived!Funniest moment was when we asked for coffee to take away and she put it in the weak plastic cups without lids!!
