I have never had bank fees charged in nearly six years until one day I was on Temu and was just window shopping. I accidentally hit the check out button. I realized it immediately and canceled my order.
I also called the bank right away.
They even told me not to worry as they declined the purchase since I set my account up for that if there wasn't money to cover it.
I also received no product or service for this.
IBC refused to refund me the money and charged me two different types of bank fees even though I transferred money from my PayPal balance, and I was NEVER overdrawn.
DO NOT USE this bank if you can help it.
They do NOT value their customers at all, and allowed Temu to rip me off. read more
