I live in another city, so this was my first time in over 40 years to go to a Del Rio IBC Bank. My experience with IBC Bank has always been positive. This branch was no exception. The lobby is spacious, clean, and pleasant. The employees are courteous, friendly, and helpful. The service I received was top-notch. I had a special experience on this visit. My father used to bank here until he had to move ten years ago for health reasons. One of the employees I spoke with remembered him and seemed genuinely pleased to meet me. read more

I have never had bank fees charged in nearly six years until one day I was on Temu and was just…read morewindow shopping. I accidentally hit the check out button. I realized it immediately and canceled my order. I also called the bank right away. They even told me not to worry as they declined the purchase since I set my account up for that if there wasn't money to cover it. I also received no product or service for this. IBC refused to refund me the money and charged me two different types of bank fees even though I transferred money from my PayPal balance, and I was NEVER overdrawn. DO NOT USE this bank if you can help it. They do NOT value their customers at all, and allowed Temu to rip me off.

I wouldn't even bother with getting an account at this bank. Very poor customer service. They…read morehave some weird system with the phones so you never know who you are talking with, not that it matters. PLEASE DON'T think that by speaking with a manager you will get correct information. They can tell you something one day and it changes by the next. I lost my debit card and I am 1700 miles away from home. They can't get me a new card for about two weeks and they don't seen to have any way to expedite that. As soon as possible I will be closing my accounts and finding a better bank.
