No, I'll never go back there. I walked in for a shift and when I say ALL of my residents were soaked, I had to report it to the supervisor. One resident was left in their wheelchair all night. Another soaked in feces. I had at least 6 full bed changes. When I asked to be able to chart I was told by the LPN Supervisor due to staffing don't worry about charting or showers. This facility all together was terrible. They need a whole new staff, literally.

Jeremy, an Emt came out within two hours With his medical bag. I was tested for Covid and the flu. Jeremy diagnosed that I had an upper respiratory infection. I talked to Laura at their office and answered some questions. A prescription was called in for me at Kroger's. Jeremy said the sound that my lungs were making sounded like pneumonia. My General Practitioner, doctor couldn't see me after several days after repeated calls to them. The cost at Dispatch Health was $60 the same price I would pay to go to an urgent care. I have never had better care from any doctor. After taking the medication for a week, I got better and my lungs haven't sounded this clear for at least a year. He can be difficult to get an…read moreappointment with because he has a full roster of patients, but once you are in the office, you don't have to wait long to be seen. He listens to all my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. He uses a combined approach of Eastern and Western medicine which I find incredibly effective. He's as likely to recommend treating a condition with acupuncture as he is recommending a drug. He's a wonderful doctor and I am grateful to have him. I've never met another doctor like him.

I actually started at this location a LONG time ago (and about 3 doctors ago within this practice). My original doctor is still here (I think) but I changed when my office ended up right next to the Polaris location. I initially got connected to the practice through a referral to a doctor who had expertise in 2 areas I needed help with. The fact that it was sports medicine was just an added bonus. I appreciate their long hours and variety of doctors. They are also connected to PT which I've had to use upon occasion. My current doctor is younger than me - a female, not by requirement but she was available when the prior doctor (whom I didn't really like) left the practice. I had only seen him twice and I landed with him when I changed locations. I had to see my doctor this time as I needed a script renewed. I had the 7 AM appointment and was called back barely after sitting down after checking in. My stats were taken by the assistant and again - soon after she left the room the doctor appeared. NO WAITING! This is a MAJOR pain point for me as I'm a lawyer and my time is valuable. I've had some experiences recently at another doctor (specialist) where I had to get up and leave before even getting called back from the waiting room as I just couldn't waste any more of my time waiting. The frosting on the cake was that the office manager was SURPRISED when I left. Anyways, I have not encountered ANYTHING like this at Sports Max. They respect me and my time. My office moved downtown and I have stayed with the Polaris office. I would like to have a doctor near my home (Gahanna), but OhioHealth doesn't seem to have anything there - and Sports Max definitely does not. As a result, I'll stay with SportsMax and the inconvenient drive up as long as they keep their scheduling accurate and get me in and out quickly!
