We had two carseats for the ride which he very generously dropped back off at our house, and had the consideration to wrap them in plastic bags so they wouldn't get damaged. She tried to tell me no then acquiesced, after asking what time my flight left and trying to plan my day for me. The cab was not there when I asked, and so I called, and the dispatcher said the driver was going to be there in a minute. 10 min later I called back, and she said he was in traffic. I went out and looked: there was NO traffic. I asked for another cab and the dispatcher told me to stop getting mad and deal with it. When the driver showed up the seats were ripped, he tried to tell me I didn't need to be at the airport early, and he wouldn't leave. (I have photos).
