I went to try stuff on and did see a sign about shoplifting and maybe just maybe (I'm just trying to rationalize the situation) they've had a lot of incidents with customers stealing, but nonetheless I came here to spend my hard earned money and it's not cheap to shop here already, so for me to come and choose this place specifically to shop at and spend a large chunk of money I would at least expect a pleasant atmosphere or some kind of welcoming banter, not feeling like I'm doing something wrong for wanting to purchase items. It truly seemed like with every other customer the worker was quite friendly and conversed with them and with me specifically it was a dead silent and awkward atmosphere and I couldn't move without being stared at. Maybe it's because I'm not local but I believe as a business owner you should treat all your customers equally regardless where they come from, I live 2.5 hours away and the trip there was long and I was genuinely so excited to shop here because of the product selections and now I feel so shocked by how off putting the whole thing was and I don't think I'll ever support this business again. With a store so centered on crystals you would think it would radiate the positive energy they advertise their crystals give off but I guess things aren't always as they seem.
