I Googled the mailing address, and discovered this YELP review. Lots of other Google search results indicate that scammers have been using this address as far back as 2018. Go to Better Business Bureau and search for a company listed as 'Powerful Marketplace' which has the same address as above. BBB ALERT READS: As of 11/30/2022, BBB has exhausted all forms of written contact to the business. Postal mail communications have been returned by USPS, and no email could be located. It is unclear whether the company is still operational. Consumers with outstanding concerns may wish to file a complaint with a consumer protection agency such as the Federal Trade Commission, New York Attorney General's office, and econsumer.gov and/or to consult legal counsel. After over 40 years I recently ended my daily newspaper subscription to The Journal News due to…read moretotally incompetent delivery and customer service. I asked repeatedly not to have the paper delivered on town property by the street but instead closer to my house but was repeatedly ignored by the carrier over the course of two weeks and four phone calls on the same issue. When I spoke to their delivery agent, PCF, they said they would give me two weeks of free papers for my trouble but only delivered two days of free papers. It is extremely sad that a once worth operation has sunk so low and can't work with its subscribers needs.

I was told by someone in the…read moreobituary department that if they received my email by 2:00pm, it would be printed in the paper the next day. It was not in the paper on Sunday June 15, 2014. I called the next day to find out what happened and was told they never received payment. She said someone should have contacted me to get payment, but no one did. If they had told me this when I called on Friday June 13, 2014, I would have provided payment then. I got no apology and was told it would be printed on Tuesday June 17, 2014, which was the day after they received my $210.00 payment. It was very upsetting since I wanted it to be in the Sunday edition of the paper. I also printed the same exact obituary in the Tampa Bay Times in Florida and it was free. They were very unprofessional at a difficult time, not to mention it was very expensive.
