I called and asked if I had the correct time and date and I did. The receptionist admitted it was her fault and had a project estimator (Kolby W.) come out at 6:30pm. He claimed he couldn't give me a good quote because he didn't have time to prepare and he said he would come by Friday at 5pm. It is now Tuesday and I never received a phone call' e-mail, text, smoke signals or snail mail. This shows me what kind of company this is. I wouldn't accept a quote from them now even if they said they would do it for free.

He was patient with my unique (and ever changing) requests, like moving a bush and thinning and utilizing existing heirloom plants that are important to me, and installing a fountain that was not part of the original plan.
