We had great assistance from I.D.N Locksmith London Ontario ! We do recommend this company to everyone caring to have true professionals around. We needed new locks and they helped us pick the right ones. I am sure we would have picked the wrong ones ourselves! We also liked that the technician was on time for lock installation. He took a look of the door, removed the old door locks with attention and then he put the new one in. He was amazing and kind and we like to express our appreciation. read more

After having some terrible tenants and having to evict them, I had to change the locks on the house. The house is older and the lock needs to be attended to by someone who knows what he's doing, so that's why I call I.D.N. Locksmith London Ontario, From call to service completion was less than two hours, and the service itself took about 10 minutes. I'm confident that I got great service.. read more

Very prompt to respond, came at his earliest availability which was literally the following morning 8:30am sharp on a Friday. Very polite and good communication skills, not to mention went the extra mile in saving me money repairing my lock whereas he could of just charged me for a new one. Top man and will recommend him to everyone I know. read more
