I always think best to call first and enquire about prices. To my pleasant surprise, the gentleman on the other end of the phone was most helpful and the prices they were going to charge me for replacing two stiletto heels and the heels of a pair of boots were much less expensive that I thought! Just as good was the 'while you wait' service. After a minor mission finding them (they are located inside Tooting market, but once in the market, there are plenty of signs directing you to the very back), my three pairs of shoes took just 30 minutes to fix. Enough time to do some fruit and vegetable shopping! The friendly and helpful service is enough for me to go to these guys every time. If you live in the area, don't go anywhere else - support local businesses!

The lovely bloke at Leather and Lace fixed them for me same day, at a good price, and did a fantastic job - the boots look like new!!! I can't recommend this place highly enough and will tell everyone I know to go there. It's easy enough to find - just go down the side of Primark and you'll find there's a side entrance into Broadway Market tucked away. Leather and Lace is one of the first units as you enter the market if you go in that way.
