Stephanie was extremely thorough and very patient with my list of questions. We had some changes through the process and she never missed a beat. The guys spent a few days here as it was a lean type shed and required a bit more work. When done, the shed turned out AMAZING! We are so happy with the the shed and everyone who sees it says how great it is. We suggest anyone looking to build a shed call Stephanie at Yardhouse Sheds and support this spectacular small business. Skip the big box and go with the personal touch of a custom builder. Thank you so much Stephanie, Rob and Ryan!

Shed and his crew are simply the best. If you want a friendly, helpful experience with a highly communicative business owner, reliable installation, and a top-notch quality shed, these are your guys. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the craftsmanship was excellent. There were many customizations and they accommodated all of my wants and needs for a very reasonable price. I have worked with Tuff Shed in the past and these sheds are better built, less expensive, and hands down a better customer service experience. Highly, highly recommend!

We…read moredecided to finish one of the sheds and every contractor that we have had out has commented on the high quality of materials and build on our sheds. The shed selection on site made it easy to pick our options, but we did ask about some extra add ons not on display that really made a huge difference in the look of our sheds. Based on some other shed photos we saw online, we upgraded the doors to the window door and on the shed that we finished, we added 3 small windows on the top long wall and it added so much light, and doesn't prevent tall shelving from being used. If you are getting a shed for a working space, I highly recommend adding those top small windows. We worked with Richard to order everything and he was super chill and no pressure. All the upgrades were things we brought up, and he clearly explained what would/wouldn't work. I felt the upgrades were very reasonably priced. Each shed took one day to build and the friendly crew came out on time each day. It took about 3 weeks to get on their schedule, which was enough time for us to get the space ready for the build.

In 2010 we had Augie and his team build us a shelter for our horses leveraging one of their…read morestandard shelter types. They were very willing to customize it for our specific needs, it has been a great shelter for our animals and is holding up excellent. 8 years later our 40 year old main barn and utility barn were both in desperate need of re-staining, things were starting to really deteriorate. We had some estimates for getting that done, but thought we'd check back with Augie to see if they could do something really custom by re-siding our existing structures. Both buildings were structurally sound, just getting very tired on the outside. As expected, the quote came in higher than what it would cost us to re-stain, however by putting metal on the building it would make it more fire safe and it would not need to be re-stained ever again. We felt in the long run it would be much better for us to do it right so we had them get started. It is amazing how this has transformed these buildings, it is like we had brand new buildings put up. The team was able to handle the custom nature of the project which included building all new sliding doors for each end of the main barn and all of the paddocks. We are thrilled with how everything came out. The team worked in a very clean way and the end result exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the whole team that was involved in this project!

Just thought I'd share…read more I requested a quote from this company and they had incorrect sales tax listed. When I shared the address and zip code under the Washington State DOR site this company said see the attached link they sent me with the correct sales tax. It was a Google search of a zip code within city limits and not the general county area. This company stated they were not playing games on sales tax. So this company is willing to overcharge customers potentially because they utilize some Google site for sales tax verse the state website. It's the principal at hand that by charging more sales tax they are stealing and increasing state funds. Sad-because Im spending $7K-$8K on a product and have received quotes from other with the correct sales tax. Be careful and check your quotes and invoices from this company.
