The check in time is 3pm on the website. We came back around 5pm. the room was ready but the check-in took 20mins. 2. The WIFI system is a pain in the a**. You need to have a separate access code for each device. However, it was fast. 3. The room was super dirty. Stains on the wall, floor, bathroom and curtains. 4. They gave us a room for disabled people. The sink was super low. I am a 6ft man and it was not a great experience to use this bathroom. 5. This hotel offers a breakfast for 16 euros/pp which is a total rip-off. Don't be fooled and go to a nice bakery for 4x less. there are many around the hotel. The pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. The bed was comfy 3. Location was OK. Walking to downtown is around 30mins. By tramway it is around 15mins. 4. Modern hotel 5. $10USD parking is a fair deal if you have a fancy car. You can also park in the street for free, and there are plenty of spots. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel until they fix the issues that I had during my stay. This hotel has a good potential but for now is far away from a 4-star hotel.

The room i was in was very average but did the job. Bed was comfortable with enough pillows and clean sheets. Blanket on a bed is a bit old fashioned and very hard to clean for every guest i would imagine. The bathroom was a disgrace with a cubical shower sat inside an old shower tray. As i say useable convenient room. The whole of the building however smells horrible. The breakfasts and evening meals are included but this is in my opinion not a bonus. The evening menu is about 20 years out of touch and not very appealing. I have not eaten in the evening. Breakfast however is basically orange juice, tea, coffee, sliced baguette and hot chocolate. Jam and butter if lucky. You will have to join the que to wash up and put away your own pots. Don't be late as the staff get very hostile.!!! As a foreigner living in France i found this place very unwelcoming.
