Commandé la carafe d'eau, on en reçoit une petite, pas vide quelle est reprise. Commandé le plat du jour, on ne l'a pas reçu avant 13h30. Il aura fallu demander 3 fois une carafe d'eau (d'autres boisions étaient commandées). L'addition, besoin de la demander 3 fois. Un comble. Très mal organisé, et pas un once d'excuses. Je pense vraiment que M. Philippe Etchebest (cauchemar en cuisine) devrait venir faire un tour ici. Nourriture bonne, mais une organisation désastreuse. Manger un plat du jour, plus de 2 heures.

Which I have never had as I easily walk across the street for morning walks and grab something small, eat less, and pay less, while getting some fresh air. The hotel staff are all very professional and helpful. The rooms are decorated in more classic styles and the lighting in bathrooms are excellent. The amenities are adequate, you also get your bedding turned in the evening and more or less feel you are pampered! I loved my lakeside view room back in the last summer. I also had a couple of beers in the bar and dinner one night. The food in the restaurant was excellent and service was also exceptional. The hot foie gras appetizer rivals others I have had in Paris, the white truffle risotto special was truly the best thing I have tasted in many trips to Europe and the several mini-tastes of appetizers and chocolates for dessert, which were included in the meal where all quite delicious.
