They both helped us through a big mix up on the reservation that we had booked. Also of note, Pauline got us a nice driver who took us to places she recommended such as a shopping mall, and a great restaurant called Carmelo, wow , yes go here not only for the food, but the brilliant rooms, art, and decor.. The big drawback for the hotel itself was that there was no fridge in the room, very little English on the telly and somewhat little bar service. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The room is very clean and the hotel has some english TV channels (don't get too excited, not many) unlike in Paris. It near the train (light rail) and it took about a half hour to get to dining and shopping. The WiFi isn't great. You can do some light surfing, connecting to games hasn't been good. The myth of air conditioning exists here, we slept with the window open. Overall, its a clean, comfortable place to sleep. But its in the middle of nowhere with not much around it.

We left after 1 night and they refused to refund the rest of our 4 night stay even though they advertised all rooms as "non-smoking". Crooked management. Checking in was easy. Friendly guy at the desk. Very helpful. The room was very big. It was so modern, very clean and a nice sized television. Oh, really big bathroom too although the shower was one without a wall or curtains around it so when you shower you soak the entire bathroom. Who designed such a set-up anyway?! But very clean and lots of hot water. Got nothing bad to say about this place. Whenever I get back to the area, to see the Lyon team play, I'll definitely stay here. It's only about a 10 minute drive to the stadium BUT there are also shuttle buses outside the hotel that you can take to the stadium. Actually the buses leave from the McDonalds which is right next to the hotel.
