Best meat cooked on a grill in the area and further away (veal chop spreaded with mustard is special in the area). Also the starter "lyon sausage cooked in red wine one the grill" is a must! We stay at the hotel : sunset and sunrise gorgeous. Quiet of course. Rooms are great (everything was redone 1 or 2 year ago including the diner room) but you d better book in advance because there is only 3 (mountain room is the smaller and cheaper). Do not miss the owner swimming in the lake every single day of the year (he will crush the ice to get in during winter!!!!). Around 8:30, for what we noticed.

Bathroom was clean and functional, although the shower was a bit small. The bed was mondo comfy with great pillows and a nice warm comforter. Breakfast was outstanding with an ample selection of treats including local baked goods and six types of local honey. There is a small but very cozy lounge to enjoy a cocktail and a decent sized parking area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel right at home.
