We parked our car there for 30 euros a night. Room was cozy and clean and small, but had everything we needed. However the mattress is very uncomfortable and the AC didn't work and it was humid. But all in all enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend staying here. Worth the price.

This hotel was a 3 star hotel at most. The staff was not very friendly. We checked in a little…read morebefore check in time so we told them we would gladly wait for our room. They said they had 1 room available but didn't advise us that it was a smoking room. When we went back to ask for a room change they had a non-smoking room readily available. They should have just asked our preference right off the bat. The room was less then expected...definitely not like the pictures. The cleaning staff ignored our "do not disturb" sign and came in to clean. I was using the towel racks to dry my clothes so they left the clean towels on the bidet. That's probably the most unsanitary spot in the whole room (besides the toilet). Unless you want a cheap place to stay I would not recommend this hotel.

The food is surprisingly really good. Portion sizes are generous. The staff is friendly (they speak…read moreEnglish and were patient with my attempts at speaking Italian). The seating is comfortable and the decor is kinda fun. An old Cary Grant movie was playing in the background on a large screen. We were too tired to catch a cab, but I'm glad we didn't go search for a place to eat. We had some pizza here that is as good as any that we had in our trip that took us from the top of Italy to the lower part of the boot in Sicily. The salad that we ordered was exceptional in freshness and taste. We also had one of their panini sandwiches and it was also really good. A bonus to it all is that the hotel is located right next to the Milan Airport, so we were able to finish our wonderful trip to Italy by taking the free bus to our morning flight.

So many light switch that it took me about 10 minutes to figure out which ones goes where. The view from our room was worth the travel. And there's actually a charger for a room service....but it's ok since the room makes up for it. Overall, hotel points is 4.5 except for those minor items that should be in the room.

A warm and welcoming staff, fantastic location, steps away from the beautiful Canal and close to the Metro. The hotel is tastefully designed with a lovely breakfast room and multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. And a rooftop and spa area that I didn't get a chance to enjoy. My room was clean, modern and well appointed with a small outdoor space. A toweling robe and slippers were a lovely addition. The hotel breakfast was quite extensive, fresh and delicious with kind and attentive servers. A special treat was the happy hour with an impressive selection of complementary hors d'oeuvres. The Art Hotel met and surpassed my every need and more.

TLDR; abusive staff member and inhumane practices…read more The worst hotel I've stayed at my entire life. Very rude and stalker front desk man who clearly hates his life to be obsessively monitoring each guest. He doesn't understand customer service or basic human decency at all. Just the one man with glasses (sorry I don't know his name) ruined my whole experience. I would never recommend this hotel. If management sees this, you should consider hiring someone else to take over the night shift. It was unbelievable. It was so bad that I had to book another hotel just to get away from this inhumane man. Really! I'd rather pay more to be treated with respect and have my own privacy at a so-called 4 star hotel.

Breakfast was the highlight - proper Italian coffee, freshly made pastries, fruit etc. The hotel is quite a way from the city centre - you could walk, but there's a metro station near by. Lots of little bars and restaurants nearby - and the café/bakery next door is brilliant - cappuccinos served with foaming milky hearts on top.
