Some of the newer nurses were professional but many were miserable and rude. my daughter waited in a hall for 4 days and shared a filthy washroom with 10 other very sick ppl . It felt like we were in a third world country and maybe 2 Doctors for ER and 5th floor. Limited communication and when I asked for information I was ignored. There was 1 great female Doctor but she was completely overworked. specialist did his best but again stretch beyond . So sad that this is the state out health care . Do not go to this hospital if you can't avoid ... so terribly depressing . Waiting on results but happy to be out of the war zone.

I'm not even sure a doctor was present in the ER during that time. Any employee, hospital administration, or policy makers responsible for this service should be fired. What this hospital provides cannot be considered healthcare, just a breeding ground for staff infections. Good coffee, 1 star.

On ma donner plusieur intra veineuse cela ma aider mais j'étais encore très faible. Le DR. Assouune T. arrive je ne l'ai jamais vue, il ne ne ma pas examiner et du coup il me dis vous aller terminer de vous soigner chez vous, Il ne me demande même pas si j'ai de l'aide à la maison rien du tout. Une chance que j'avais de l'aide chez moi sinon je serais pt mort. Un autre chose que l'hôpital devrais voir à mettre des rideaux pour un minimum d'intimité, parce que on se sent comme des animeaux dans des boxes.

Because my 82 year old father lost the abiliity to swallow, he was left to die from starvation and dehydration for 2 weeks. we pleaded with the doctors to give him some pain relief but they insisted that he was not suffering and did not need pain medication. he died a skeleton in the bed and the day before he died, the doctor left an order to get him out of bed and into a wheelchair, which they claimed would help him breathe easier. my father had to be hoisted out of a bed on a lift and into a wheelchair. Morphine would have helped greatly to relieve my father's suffering. One doctor told my mother that she did not believe in helping a person die. We didn't want her to kill my father just give him some compassionate pain relief. They also told us that they would know when the end was coming so that we could be with my father around the clock and he would not die alone, and even though we were with him the evening before his death, and spoke to the nurse about his deterioration, she did not indicate that the end was near. Needless to say, after being with him every day for nearly 3 weeks, in the end he died alone.
