Where do I start with this? The smell probably should have been enough of a warning for me. The place is a dump, inside and out. It smells dirty, looks dirty, dated furniture and the "stylist" I saw didn't even have her own products. This girl was maybe 19 years old and when I asked her she told me she had been doing hair "for a while". I was in such a hurry to leave after the haircut that my hair was still wet when I got home. After I dried it I noticed that there were HUGE chunks of hair missing. I called Ana Cristina back and asked her to blend the layers - she told me she couldn't because my hair was too short. Not really a lie, she just didn't know better. I asked her if there was someone else in the salon who could help since she clearly had no idea what she was doing. Went back and this girl cut ANOTHER two inches off my hair. I had to tell her three times to stop cutting, finally just got up and walked out. Fortunately I was able to find someone the next morning who fixed it the best she could and did a great job considering what she had to work with. A little bit of investigation and I found out Ana Cristina is working under a provisional license. Shame on her and the salon for not telling people that. If you are considering this place because they have open appointments and don't charge very much, ask yourself why before you walk in the door. I wish I had. read more

I had a scary experience .I still have scabs over my entire scalp. some of my hair broke off and my ear was burned. The worst part is about the lady who did this to me. She wasn't even apologetic about what she did. I hope nobody else has to go through this. read more

If I could give this review no stars I would. I recently moved here and Sarah (the owner) was recommended to me by her sister, Shelby. Big mistake on my part... One word for the staff, specifically Sarah - Unprofessional. The salon is filthy and quite frankly, it's trashy. My experience was nothing less than a disaster. The "stylist", Sarah, was extremely late and she looked and smelled as though she hadn't showered in days. Her interest in my wants and needs was non-existent. She barely spoke to me at all. However, the conversations between her and her co-workers were constant and they made me extremely uncomfortable. I really didn't go there to hear about her boyfriends' infidelities, etc. As if that weren't enough, Sarah's so called "artistic talent" is seriously lacking. My hair color was dreadful and my hair cut was atrocious. I strongly believe Sarah obtained her license from a Cracker Jack box. I will state the obvious and say that I will NEVER come back and I do NOT recommend this dump. Don't waste your money or your time. You're better off using a box color and a lawn mower on your hair. Oh, and the only positive review posted on here was written by Sarah's sister, Shelby... Ironic. read more

Sarah did mine and my sons hair. My sons hair is gorgeous and I just wanted a trim , my sons poor hair it's choppy, uneven, and long in the front short in the back ??? He's two but we've had never had such issues with his hair cut before. (Besides when being shaved, he cried but still came out nice looking) and my hair she trimmed mine as well I haven't noticed anything uneven or anything horrible although it was just a trim. My hair dye came out amazing BUT I got my face, eyebrows, and neck dyed as well! I've seriously have never had anyone get so much dye on me before I mean I don't even make that much of mess doing it myself. But she looked like she hadn't showered in a few days so she could just be a sloppy person hence why She was so lazy to even attempt to not cover me in dye. Sara does also gossip about customers and other employees very uncomfortable and unprofessional. This place does get 1 star for a decent trim (on me) . For 100$ for cut and color spend your money elsewhere . Unless you like choppy hair or hair dye that will take days to get off! read more
