When I started to write something (I won't call it a review) for Josefa, I wasn't ready. I wanted what I wrote to mean something and to reflect how I feel about the affect she's had on my life. So, I'll take a shot now, but I'm still not sure I can do her justice. Josefa is a truly gifted person. She not only had an almost immediate understanding of the person I was, but also a tremendous insight into 'why I was' and how I could be the person I wanted to be. It's interesting because I had visited a counselor on and off over many years, whom I thought was good. However, in just two coaching sessions with Josefa, I discovered things about myself that I had neither thought of nor discussed, previously. Over the course of working with Josefa for a few months, she helped me to better understand myself, which led to quite a change in the way I feel about myself and how I interact with the world around me. From session to session, she always was on top of what we had previously discussed and was familiar with issues that were currently affecting my life. And, she was always on point with suggestions on how to best handle situations. Furthermore, the suggestions were ones that I could carry forward with me to future issues. Does everything work out for me now exactly like I want it to... of course not. But, I can certainly handle things much better now than I previously could. It may sound like I was a basket-case prior to working with Josefa. I don't think that's the 'case', but I certainly had issues. I imagine I still do. But, now I have much more of an inner calm about myself and confidence in myself that I never had previously. Thank you, Josefa. You have made a tremendous difference in my life.

Comparing prices for doctors, mechanics, home remodeling companies is COMPLETELY NORMAL TO DO. ESPECIALLY WHEN PAYING OUT OF POCKET. The simple fact that when asking what the prices are and instead of responding with "we cannot provide a rate until after we complete a free consultation" he decided to double down in his reply and justify his reasons for that response. Any professional should NEVER have an issue with answering basic questions. This owners response to my review alone shows me no professionalism, no compassion but a need to feel justified in his response to a simple billing question. OKAY NOW FOR THE SOLUTION. (I have tried multiple different things from medication, hypnosis, talk therapy, psychiatrist, breathing techniques, homeopathic medicine.) the solution was seeing an actual licensed psychologist, we did EMDR & CBT which is what helped me the most. After six sessions, I can honestly say that I started to see a drastic change. After a year, I was bulletproof. I have seen counselors in the past, but an actual licensed psychologist is something different and I now know that. This psychologist has taught me so many skills and tools. That after years of being out of therapy, I am still positively progressing by myself, on my own because of every tool I was taught. It's a lot like being in school, where you learn the fundamentals and the tools you need to achieve success in whatever aspect. Because everything is subjective to each individual and each individual might be going through something different it is that more personal and catered to you of course.
