Years ago, you needed a business license or resale license; now it's open to the general public though some wholesalers will still only sell items in large lots, not individually. The Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, and other groceries are great, and some of the Vietnamese restaurants offer specialties you'll otherwise have trouble finding elsewhere in Prague, like bún ốc. The best way to get here is by car; otherwise take the Red C line metro to the Kačerov stop, and take the 113 bus to the "Sidlište Pisnice" stop.
