I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to a very contagious virus he caught at preschool. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

Nothing but positives to say: prompt (communication, delivery and pickup), professional, friendly, affordable, good inventory, great customer service (answered any questions, arrived when they said they would). The slide was a hit with the kids and it was in good condition. I'll definitely rent from them again and would recommend them.

My favorite is Snow White, but I'm saving her for the big 5-0 next year, so I had to choose another Disney theme--and pirates won!What I didn't think about was that a pirate party would attract a whole bunch of kids!
