This review is for the interior cleaning service. $250 and they cleaned the interior & solved an issue I had with an odor. They are young kids but very professional & efficient. I will bring my girl's car here next. Good crew. read more

I originally rated them highly for getting rid of hazing on the hood of my black car but after 4-5 car washes, its back. I suspect they only waxed it over. Yesterday I called to discuss this and all they offered was a discount to correct the situation. They seem to lack communication at the start of a job, and later when it comes to correcting a mistake. I cannot recommend them. read more

I want that to get my car fully wrap by them and then I started finding a lot of imperfections on the jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and then I found blade marks on my jeep And then they my jeep for over 3 weeks. They Push in-and-out the cheap cars but to take the time on the exotic cars I highly do not recommend you going or if you do not have a car over $150,000 i had to call and email expel Vinyl for them to step in to make it right for me Edwin talks a very big game about the work he Does but then when you Point out the imperfections she makes and lot of excuses so he doesn't have to do it again. read more

Very ordinary experience. If you need a quick car wash I guess this place is okay. It cleans the majority of your car and it leaves fresh odor. But if you are into the details, I guess this place has some room for improvement. I went with their $60 option (I guess it's the medium level service) plus 10 bucks tips. My car has many spots that were either not cleaned or not clean enough. The side of the rear view mirror, the front seat doors, the trunk doors etc. but I guess it's just the same good as the $60 auto car wash? I didn't expect much but this place wasn't impressive either. read more

A good friend recommended me to Hydros Auto Spa and they didn't disappoint. I initially called Hydros to get a quote and a description of the service and differences between the ceramic coating packages (I did the Ceramic Pro Gold Package). I talked to Dianna over the phone and she was able to provide me with a quote and explain the process to me. She also let me know that it would be slightly cheaper because my car was just warped in XPEL so there was no paint correction of detailing needed, which I didn't know. (VERY HONEST) I went in to get the car washed to visit the place and make an appointment for the ceramic coating, I met with Edwin who walked me through the shop and the process. They did a great job washing the car and it was on the house (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE). I dropped the car off in the middle of the week and Edwin keep me informed on the progress. The process was as expected and I would highly recommend coming her for any detailing work after seeing first had how they operate. Great job guys!!! Thanks, Vito. read more

Don't go here if you care about your car, gave them a two week old car and got it back with dirty mirrors AND a huge scratch, deserves zero stars. (Updating this to add more due to the response) no competitor sent me here to write a review you guys didn't offer me a refund once, you told me you would fix the scratch and all you want in return is for me to remove my review. The pictures clearly show the mirrors were cleaned and not properly wiped afterwards leaving nasty swirl marks everywhere. The last picture was taken in different lighting, in order to visibly show the physical damage. Instead of assuming that I was sent here to write a biased review, this business should focus on how to properly react to negative reviews. The cherry on top was the lady I spoke with telling me that the damage was done by a bicyclist while I was parked outside with folded mirrors and calling me sweetheart when referring to me on the phone, very professional read more

I love this place for all my Detailing needs. Not only is the quality of work above and beyond expectations, but Diane and Edwin are the cutest couple. It's nice to see family's businesses flourish. I'm sure there are other options but no one cares for the cars like they do. I've used the other so called Detailer sim the area and my experiences were horrible. But not here. Whether a hand wash, full detail, or clearbra install, it is top notch. read more

The worst place to do your detailing by far, they changed me 400$ for detailing and told me to come after 7 hrs, when I came back to pick up my car, the guy comes up to me and tells me that my car is all finished, I go and look at the car and the car looks the same, only the outside was a little shinMing, the inside was all the same, they didn't shampoo nothin inside the car, the stains were everywhere, didn't shampoo the the roof from inside, didn't clean between the seats, didn't clean the buttons/radio, didn't clean under the seats or vacuumed, didn't put no leather conditioner as they sad they would, didn't compound the front or the back bumper, and didn't clean or shined the engine as they sad they would, I was sent there as recommended, and I am very disappointed, I would never go back there again. read more

Unless you live next store to these guys and are able to watch them... I'd avoid them. You can do a lot better. Here is my experience. First do NOT buy the detailing GROUPON (mine cost $150.00). They won't honor it for a real detail job (compounding/buffing) and you'll have to schedule weeks in advance. (read the fine print) I ended up spending $400 +$20 tip for the following: Timing: 3 days. I was told it only take 1 day. I still had to wait an hour on the 3rd day. Exterior came out ok but they didn't do the headlights. Interior - average at best for a regular $40 deluxe car wash. The trunk still had leaves in it (not sure how they missed that) , between the seats were dust and dirt. Damage that I noticed on my way home and a couple of days later. 1) Rear view mirror ... needs to be completely replaced 2) Glove box won't open (still trying to figure out what they did it to it) 3) Ripped the trim off the driver's side door area read more

Edwin & Diana are the absolute best at what they do and make sure to treat your car like their own. I just had my Range Rover Velar wrapped in Xpel Stealth, and couldn't be happier with the results. Despite the manufacturer having an issue with part of the material that could have led to a months long delay, they put their heads together and figured out how to get the job done and get it done right. I've also had my car washed here a few times, and won't be going anywhere else but Hydros Auto Spa in the future. The hot water is great for the wash, and the attention to detail is what sets them apart from other hand washes in town. If you haven't been before, stop by and you won't be disappointed. Thanks for everything Edwin, Diana and team! read more

After being told from Formula 1 that my car wouldn't be ready for about 3 hours, I came here for a quick wash and wax. There were a few cars that were being detailed but they were able to take me right away. Total time took about an hour from entering to checkout. I got a $40 + tax & tip #3 quickie. I am pretty satisfied with the results. Take a look for yourself... read more

Avoid at all costs. I have been trying to get a hold of them over the phone for the past two months after purchasing a groupon for a HAND WASH. The one time they picked up, they said id need to wait 1 month before their next available slot for a damn hand wash. Very unprofessional. Phone rings and rings and rings and goes into voice mail. sometimes the phone rings twice, and they hang up. Its like they know who i am. read more

Hydros Auto Spa - Whole car does not have one swirl on it showroom condition - Auto Detailing Near Me - Astoria, New York

I always see such fancy cars at this place, so when I brought my used economy SUV, I admit I felt a little embarrassed. They didn't treat me poorly whatsoever. The previous owner of my vehicle was a smoker and the cigarette odor had seeped into every nook and cranny imaginable, over the course of several years. With their deepest cleaning option, Hydros Auto Spa promised to completely remove the odor. When I could still smell it after the first clean, they went at again and fully removed it the second time around. They are so kind and helpful and I am truly thankful to them. I've gone back several times now, not because I need the finest cleaning in town, but because I appreciate their good, honest work. read more

Very impressed with their service and professionalism! My car looks stunning and smells fresh! I can highly recommend!

Started off just going there for a wash, besides the initial wash coming out MINT Edwin and his crew are top notch. With that being said I've became a regular. I had them CeramicPro my my brand new Wrangler ,which words can not describe how it came it. The truck looks like glass and is 100 times better then when I picked it out of the showroom. I have done tints, mini details for my other vehicles and all the work is flawless. Thanks again will be back soon. read more

Best car wash in the Astoria area. The guys are super friendly and do a great job at detailing your car!!

Great service. Whether its a wash or detail the team always pays awesome attention to detail on my BMW M2. Owned by young entrepreneurs that appreciate their customers and the motorsport culture. Keep up the good work Hydros Spa. UPDATE: To George who left a 1 star review. Your car isn't scratched. Those are the seams from the clear bra. The reason they are so apparent is because you let dirt build up on it. Clean your car dude. Try Hydros Spa, they do great detailing..... Also regarding the picture where you're pulling back your side skirt, that's called improper paint work/body work. The truck was most likely damaged, resprayed, and sold to you. Whoever did the work didn't remove the skirt to do it correctly. Call Major World about that not Hydros Spa. Stop trolling good honest businesses. read more

Had my car tinted over the summer. Wasn't sure how dark to go b/c I still want to see out of my side mirrors at night (they automatically dim). Edwin recommended 35% and I went along with it. This place is a complete scam!! I paid them to powdercoat my calipers. Not only did they NOT do that, they plastidipped my them and tried to pass them off as powdercoated. Hey everyone, this was my first visit to HydrosAutoSpa and let me tell you, it won't be my last visit. I discovered them on an internet search to get the Ceramic Pro detail applied to my car. When I stepped into HydrosAutoSpa, Edwin was a professional and a gentleman. He answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the place and the work that gets done there. I was very impressed and made arrangements to get my car detailed there. Edwin's dedicated specialist, Andreas, took care of my car as if it was his own. Andreas left no stone unturned while cleaning, pampering and detailing my car. Top to bottom she was brand new all over again. Edwin kept in touch with me during the entire process until she was ready for pickup. This type of professionalism and dedication to their craft is second to none. HydrosAutoSpa is my new home for my car. Thank you Edwin and Andreas. read more

I came here about 2 weeks ago for a car wash since I was in the neighborhood. Read the reviews, asked around my luxury car buddies and they all go here. Recently made an appointment to get my Durango tinted and I'm excited AF to see the job they do. read more

Hydro auto spa has to be the best detail HOT car wash in the tri state area, maybe even in the east coast (I never been to the West) once you come in you are delighted to see all these exotic cars that are over 150,000 thousand and up. Gives you the sense of relief that a car owner with such a car will trust this establishment and I see why. Grade A service. I got my car wrapped in nardo grey and it's like owning a BRAND NEW car . My friends and even people on the street stop me and ask me where I got the paint job :D and don't believe me it's a wrap. I won't trust no one else with my car for wrapping, tinting, and detailing. Thank you once again till next summer for a new color read more

Normally I hand wash my car but I didn't have time and it was filthy and covered in salt from a road trip so I figured I'd give Hydros a shot. Attention to detail is definitely not their strong suit here, unless maybe you drive a Lambo or something. There were still a ton of streak marks and water spots all over my car, especially in the areas you may be less likely to notice (grill, door jambs, mirrors etc). Pretty disappointing and I won't be back. read more

Hands down the best car wash ever! When it comes to my car I'm an extremely messy careless. However Hydros always gives my car a makeover! They are fast but do a very detailed job every single time. This review is on behalf of my boyfriend (he's not a yelper) This place is great! Disregard all of those negative reviews!! They work on more than one car at a time so there is rarely ever a wait to have your car washed. The wash may take long itself, but that's only because they are so precise here. They pay attention to detail, clean and get into every crevice of your car, it's worth both the time and money. The staff here is also very friendly. They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. My boyfriend lives in the bronx, and he now comes all the way to queens to get his car washed...Even when he isn't coming to see me! That has to say something!! Gives these guys a try, you won't regret it. read more

This was my second time coming. Was told my car could be washed since there was only 1 being washed. I used to visit Manhattan Car Wash for a hand wash. However, Hydro's is my new go to spot due to the huge amount of swirls that Manhattan Car Wash had put on to my brand new Lexus. They definitely take their time to ensure your car is thoroughly washed. I have been here quite a few times, and I have been very satisfied with the quality of service. The price is definitely reasonable - considering for the quality and effort the staff put in to ensure your car is perfectly clean. However, there may be a wait during weekends. read more

I first came to Hydros Auto Spa back in 2011. Had a used car back then, and drove in to get a price quote for a detail and tints. They quoted me a great price, and when the car was ready the next day... WOW! I felt like my 1998 Audi A4 was fresh off the showroom. Now fast forward to this past Tuesday, I decided to look these guys up again (found out they changed locations - still in Astoria though!) after years of not having my own person vehicle. I brought in my new Challenger and my good old friend Edwin greets me at the entrance. We caught up after a long hiatus, and he was able to schedule me right away for a window tint and front end paint protection install. The following morning he had the car ready for pick up as promised, and like deja vu... WOW! The work was amazing and I am still very impressed by the quality and attention to detail they put into their installations. Glad that things haven't changed a bit, and I will be back for many more car washes in the near future. Edwin - you're a good man, keep up the incredible work. read more
