Evan, the provider there, is an experienced paramedic, and his skill and knowledge are exceptional. But even more importantly, he treated me like a human being--someone he was genuinely committed to helping find a pathway to health and healing. He tailored my IV perfectly to my condition, and we added oxygen therapy and time in the massage chair. I left with my migraine reduced by more than 50%, but the deeper gift was having a truly good day--a day where I felt kindness, support, and a reprieve from my symptoms. I'm deeply grateful for Evan and my experience at Prime Hydration Littleton. Even though it's a 45-minute drive, I'm already thinking about going back. Don't second-guess yourself--go in and work with Evan. He is truly magic.

As it turned out, I am either not fat enough or too tall to qualify for the program that I wanted. But since I'm not entirely sure of my height, we scheduled another appointment two weeks away, during which Simona would measure me. I decided that I would start using heavy weights again to build muscle, since a foot fracture derailed my workouts and caused weight gain. However...I then decided that I probably am too tall and still might not qualify. And I likely couldn't gain significantly more muscle in two weeks. So I went on Groupon to get a refund. To my COMPLETE surprise, my Groupon had been redeemed without my knowledge or consent. I called, and it was explained to me that they always redeem the Groupons upon arrival, in order to prevent people from getting the service and then claiming a refund. While I understand that concern, it's a terrible business practice to do that BEFORE determining eligibility. I probably did look fat enough, as I was wearing a baggy sweatshirt over leggings. I was not told that they had redeemed my Groupon, probably because I had scheduled a new appointment. I told them that, commonly, providers ask me to pull up the voucher AFTER the service, or, if it's a facial treatment, sometimes when I arrive. And then *I* mark it as used in front of them. This action cannot be undone, so the provider is protected. I think this is a MUCH better practice, especially when there are eligibility requirements. As a side note, I am appalled to learn that people try to scam providers. Ugh. Shameful. Simona promptly sent the email confirming my ineligibility, which Groupon requires for a refund, and for that I'm grateful. I gave five stars because although I was initially very disappointed, then furious, the situation was handled as well as possible. I'm going to look at some of their other services, since I likely won't qualify for the one that I purchased.

I work with Simona who I believe is the manager? GM? Regardless, she is super freaking nice. The space is very cozy with tons of creamy plush couches, plants and they always offer tea and water. I arrived with little to no range of motion, and a jaded outlook as my attempts at avoiding surgery at a different PT clinic had epically failed and left me worse off. When I called to make my first appointment, I relayed my concerns -- and unlike the other clinics I called, I wasn't dismissed, but rather scheduled with the clinic director with more extensive experience and advanced certifications. To say that I've been pleased with the progress made entirely possible due to the hands-on treatment, customized therapy sessions, communication about at-home exercises, pain management and an understanding of the non-linear progress that is postoperative healing, is an understatement. Any hands-on doctor/patient care requires a healthy dose of trust; trust that is earned. Dr. Dunn and Physical Therapy of the Rockies have earned my trust.
