I have never ever turned orange from one of Love To Be Tan's airbrush tans! I always use it as a quick fix before a holiday or date night! Plus who can beat the bonus of them coming to your house!? And it only takes like 15 minutes! I used to tan at Mercury Tan off Kingwood Drive and hated how unprofessional the employees were and how dirty/trashy their facility is. The fake tile is peeling up, half the bulbs in the beds are out, and the employees either look like they just rolled out of bed or they have one employee who wears tight, low cut clothes with facial piercings everywhere. I hated feeling dirty and disgusted everytime I left there. I have never had anything close to this experience with Love to Be Tan. Plus they're always running great specials on their facebook page so I feel like I'm always getting a good deal. Definitely reccomend this business!!

When I went to cancel and asked where to mail my written 30 day notice, l I was told to call a number instead after the 16th. When I called I was told I missed the cutoff to turn in my letter and will be billed for an additional month. After speaking to the store manager and with managers at AAC about the misinformation, I was told that I am still going to be billed. I have come to the conclusion that they misinform you, to trick you into paying for another month. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is #1 in my book, and this place is highly lacking. Hope my $25 was worth losing a customer.
