This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Front desk staff offered an early check-in, which was most needed as my wife wasn't feeling well. Cleaning staff was wonderful and helpful. So great to have a Starbucks in the lobby, and many close restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance to ship port terminal, Gastown, and other attractions. Took a few extra steps to figure out the hotel elevator/lift. I hope to be back in Vancouver one day. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Fantastic location and a wonderful stay! I'm a Hyatt member and used points for a one-night stay with my friend. Our room on the 10th floor had a great balcony view, and the convenience couldn't be better, there's a McDonald's and Tim Hortons right outside the hotel. We were able to walk to Robson Street, the Waterfront, and several nearby attractions with ease. Parking was $40 CAD and included in-and-out privileges. Check-in was quick and smooth, and after a full day of sightseeing, we slept soundly. I did grab the extra pillow and blanket from the closet for extra comfort, but that's just personal preference. Overall, a great experience, I'd happily stay here again!

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver for 3 nights before our cruise and really enjoyed our stay! We booked with points, and the location couldn't be better--right in downtown, close to major attractions and easily walkable to many sights. Our room had a lovely view of the Fairmont Hotel, was quiet, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and functional, and we especially appreciated that housekeeping was able to provide us with indoor slippers upon request. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay--I'd definitely choose the Hyatt Regency again the next time we visit Vancouver.

Service here was impeccable. Seamless checkin and our concierge was fantastic. Recommended great places to eat and where to go. Even lent us an umbrella. First class service. My room was huge on the 23rd floor. I had a fantastic view of downtown. California King bed. Super comfy. Love their Starbucks at the lobby with places to sit and catch up on morning work. I'd definitely stay here again when I come for business. Highly recommend. Cheers!

Review for the hotel for a conference. Service and staff for conference was great. Unfortunately the ballroom was very hot and the door was a hit and miss. All chicken dishes were great on all days but the other protein dishes were either overcooked or under seasoned. All beverages stations were well maintained and bar service was wonderful during evening events

Excellent Hyatt alert! Staff was very friendly and made sure to offer me all the upgrades and extensions they had at the time. This location is in the heart of the city and has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. From the YSR airport we went upstairs to the 4th floor, tapped to pay, and entered the canada line shuttle which takes you just three blocks from the Hyatt regency...soo convenient. Refillable water stations are bottles are available (fee may occur based on hyatt status). There is a Starbucks, bar, restaurant, and fitness center on the premise. To my surprise the rooms have starbucks coffee, thank God! Rooms also have medium plush beds with medium firm pillows. Room also has lounge and desk chairs, and plenty of lighting. Lastly they have dedicated elevators by floor, super convenient once you get the hang of it. This Hyatt has all the bells and whistles and I highly recommend a stay here.

Great location and great property. Administration staff were really polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Per my reservation I had the option of early check in when I got to the hotel around 9:45AM my room was ready and clean. House keeping service was to the point and quick. Security was to the point and you can feel that. There are two restaurants in the lobby, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner based on their schedule. Taxis are available all the time right in front of the entrance. My bed was so comfortable and had one of the most comfortable mattress I ever slept on. Shower had hot water instantly, water pressure was great. All and all, I will stay at this hotel again and again.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency in Vancouver. We reserved a room on the higher floors and the view was stunning. The room was very spacious and super modern. The bathroom felt very luxurious and I loved the rain shower. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good, however, we went with the a la carte option instead of the buffet. Their breakfast entree portions are plentiful so we didn't see the need to do their buffet for $40. There is a Starbucks on site that opens really early. If you are not in the mood for Starbucks, there is also a Tim Hortons and McDonald's right next door. The hotel is located in the financial district and was perfect for our sightseeing adventures, Burrard Metro stop is a block away. We didn't have a car so I can't speak to the parking situation, I did see they have a garage. Wi-Fi was very fast and we had no issues. They have a station in the lobby to fill up your water bottle which was very convenient. The online check-in process was seamless. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is an amazing location, and very easy to walk to many things nearby. We only stayed for two nights and we used points for our stay with a nice redemption! They put us on a high floor with an amazing view and even gave us one complimentary breakfast! Parking can be a little annoying if you don't park in the hotel's garage. But we did, with the exchange rate it wasn't too bad considering the location, around $35 or so a night. The gym is super nice and they also have a hot tub and pool. The rooms are a little dated but the bed was super comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. Overall, we had a very nice stay!

Oh boy. Sad to give this rating but the earned it even when the manager upgraded us and tried to make our stay better. Well over all the regency product of Hyatt post covid times has become more of a Hyatt lower end product. ! This place has some issue of charging people for Svc not provided ,nor did they explained why. Example pet fee. I would gladly pay one if I was given the option. Just don't go behind my back and do it. Nor should it be for Svc animals. Next issue. Not an inviting place to pull Up. Avoid @ All cost if ur arriving around 5 or 6 pm. The streets downtown are terrible and u cannot turn. Crazy system very European! So American drivers keep away. Though the bell/valet staff wonderful. The grill. Oh boy ! The receptionist /maitre d Needs to be sent back to finishing school! This review would be even longer. Enough said. Anyways on my globalist free breakfast I enjoyed it the second day because drama caused by the receptionist the 1st day ! We attempted to leave the Hotel early we understood when someone makes u feel unwanted. Anyway s dint miss miss much and the breakfast in the room was great. So the next day I return to the grill! I had the buffet ,,,,the fruits were fresh but not the hot area. The potato's and eggs were stale even around 8:30 am. My waiter was wonderful and I even tipped him extra and made to order omelet! The omelet station chef was wonderful as well. That was fresh. Overall this is a great place for a conference , like my younger days staying @ regency.s. !!now as an older person this place doesn't cut it. As for the area it's a mixed bag. Everyone said how wonderful Vancouver is. Yes it is but walking around is nice as long as you don't end up @ Gaston area ! Something needs to be done! it s like the bad areas of any Us city. So spare ur self and go and stay @ spirit ridge in Osoyoos , Canada. If you're a globalist. They will treat you better

The Le Labo products were a nice touch, and everything from the towels, robes, slippers, and bedding felt luxe and high end. These beds and pillows were some of the best hotel beds/pillows I've ever slept on. We all slept so well! We also ordered room service for breakfast and everything was so good, with reasonable room service prices for the amount you get. Didn't use the gym, but it's recently renovated and beautiful. They provide iced water infused with electrolytes and there are even Pilates machines! There's also a heated rooftop outdoor pool that we didn't have time to take advantage of too. Not only is this hotel amazing, but it's in a prime location to everything - especially if you're a first time visitor to Vancouver. A one-bedroom signature suite at L'Hermitage was significantly less than a regular room at the Pan Pacific and the Rosewood so I booked 3 nights ($625CAD/night). I got off the Silver Moon at 9:45am, handed my luggage off to a representative from Luggage Forward, and walked from the cruise terminal up to the hotel. My room wasn't ready, so I dropped off my carry-on and backpack and went shopping and to have lunch. I was still on my way to CF Pacific Centre when the front desk called, informing me my room was ready. I told them I'd return after lunch. Wow, I loved my room (707)! As you entered through a short hallway, you found yourself looking at a full kitchen to your right, bathroom to your left and then the bedroom, past a closet housing a stack washer/dryer. The living room was bright and airy because there were walls of glass. Past the kitchen was a den with a desk and sofa. Off the living room was a small lanai overlooking the pool. The kitchen featured a gas range, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It was like a timeshare unit, not a hotel room, as there was tableware, glassware, etc. The only nitpick was the bathroom; it didn't quite measure up to the rest of the unit. It was small, with a full-sized glass-enclosed tub, a Toto (but without the washlet) toilet, and a small vanity and shelf unit opposite the vanity. It was totally functional, but I wished the tub had a shower wand, not just the rain head. If I could, I'd want this room moved to Hawaii to become my residence. The front desk staff were personable and friendly. The exercise facilities were fine. The L'Orangerie restaurant is located on the 5th floor ... more on that in a separate review.
