There are some features that are edible. The fruit, pastry, cereal, etc. The rooms were clean. On both visits, in the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off, the entire hotel was evacuated, & no compensation was offered or given. The website had said that this facility allowed smoking. This is for the hotel property. Not the facility. In other words, you gotta go outside to smoke. However, this rules isn't enforced.

We host a event at this hotel every year. They told hotel staff but was told they didn't have any but laundry would come in Saturday then they will receive clean sheets and towels. In addition to the rooms being nasty, I was unable to get anyone on the phone Sunday and most of Monday. After repeated calls. I finally did talk to someone who claim to be the manager. After explaining to him the issues that included the unclean sheet to which my staff member had to go out and buy some to sleep on, as well as the nasty living conditions of the room. He proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he could do because the issue was not recorded when it happened. I told them that staff was notified because how would they know that laundry would be out on Saturday and they can receive some then if staff was not notified. After some going back and forth he said that there was nothing they could do. He had customers in front of him and proceeded to hang up in my face. They absolutely refuse to provide clean towels and washcloths. My toilet constantly ran and overflowed once while I was at work and the maintenance guy used my towels to help clean up the mess. They would not give me clean towels. I had to go to Walmart and buy towels and washcloths. Housekeeping is non existent. I was there a little over 2 months and even though they are supposed to come and clean every week, they only came twice. I went down and complained to the desk. Housekeeping came to my door The 530 that day. She said she hasn't been cleaning because I'm a "clean" guest. I told her I still wanted my bed linens changed and the floors swept and mopped. She said she would return the next day. It was 2 weeks later when I noticed they were there. The bed was made up but I don't know if they actually changed the sheets. From day one there was a dead roach behind the door. You wouldn't see it unless you closed the door while in the room. I left it just to see if they cleaned. It was still there when I checked out. As mentioned above, the toilet overflowed while I was working and dripping into the unit below me. They're the ones that called. Used my towels. I later had to call him back because it was overflowing again and constantly running. He replaced parts inside, but it still ran constantly but never overflowed again. I was responsible for removing my own trash. And they refused to provide trash bags. So I had to get those from Walmart as well. They're supposed to stay open until 7pm. I went down the day before I was supposed to pay at 630. They had already closed for the night. So I got a call from them the next day. I went in that evening to pay for the next week and they had the audacity to charge me a $35 late fee. They got me twice on this. I made a complaint on the corporate website about all this, but got absolutely zero response. And housekeeping still got paid for just showing up. My floor was filthy and sticky and the one time she did show up I made her clean the floor and all she did was use a swiffer. If you're filthy, TT hen this is the place for you! If you expect even just a little bit of cleanliness then avoid this place like the plague. And corporate doesn't give a sh!t either.

I have travelled extensively in the third world where you might expect these conditions, but just no excuse for it in the good old US of A.
