We had had her groomed many times in the past and her ears were always spotless upon picking her up. Very disappointed in their response. Basically "come back in and we'll look at them" to which I replied I was home watching my kids now and family was coming over. They acted defensive as if it wasn't their problem. Such a bummer. I had a prior reservation for my 2 dogs to be kenneled inside her home, last minute (day of) we…read moremessaged to check in with her to make sure drop off time was still good for 6:30, she moved it from 6:30 to 5:30 which is not problem. Stephanie then informed me that the dogs could not be kenneled inside do to someone/ or dog needing more space because of its medical needs. I would understand this if it was brought to my attention way in advance. we have a senior dog that has to remain inside due to random seizures and has to be watched. once we found out that she would not be keeping them inside I was able to find someone else to watch them that would keep them inside. I had cancelled my reservation for them to be dropped off today for a month and she sent a message saying she can no longer accept my animals due to it being within two hours of drop off. I am not pleased how she handled the whole situation. We had to physically contact her to make sure of our drop-off dates and times were good to go (she never once got in contact with us to check in). If you agree to something that agreement should stand, on all of her platforms she does not state a cancellation policy, so I think that that needs to be updated. Plus, she is very rude and vague when she contact us. We've had the dogs picked up before and had to wait 30 minutes to an hour waiting for someone to showed up to let us get our dogs. Dog sitting is not cheap so me paying over $1000 I would expect a little bit more.
