While Courts and Greens was not the lowest bid, it was not the most expensive either. I wanted to be sure that after just a few short years, our lawn would not look like some in the neighborhood, deflated, crunchy, cheap, like off the roll at your local hardware store. We felt totally comfortable after speaking to Michelle that the job was going to be handled competently and the lawn was going to look great. Michelle got us on the schedule right away and in one short work day, it was installed and done. The job was clean and done with care, no extra clean up for me or anything! BUT, for the $$$$$ Thousands of dollar I paid I received ugly brown new grass, two mud puddles, unfinished sprinkler work, no weed control as was told to me, and Eddie just disappeared. I have been texting him sense June 29th about the weeds, he sent his father to spray and that was just spot spray. And funny how things work as I am writing this review, today 10.21.25 Eddie finally returns a text to say he no longer works there. If you use them, hopefully you have better luck. I will say that I have not been able to contact the office either, the number on the contact is out of order. I asked Eddie for a number and his reply was "I got a new phone & lost a lot of contacts". I will continue to try and contact someone and if anything changes I will update this review.
