The deposit was not refundable. This is not good for potential customers. I will not use this company for any move. And do not recommend at all to anyone. They offered the different ways to pay, told me up front the CC percentage the processing company charges which they simply pass along, or if I wanted to avoid that, the other methods I could pay. The entire process was hassle free and very, very easy to work with. They were even able to have the containers loaded onto a truck while I was finishing paperwork, when I was leaving, the delivery driver was about to pull out and deliver them. The driver that delivered them, I believe was Jorge or Jesus (I forgot now) was absolutely the best. Very easy to work with, had no issues putting the boxes exactly where I wanted them using 45-50ft trailer. Placed with precision and didn't come close to rubbing the tires on any curbs. If you're looking for a container, go see these people, hands down the best.
