My internet speed and reliability are atrocious, regularly falling to the kbps for "premium" internet. I'm allowed limited access to my own router, so you cannot even freely correct my settings. They tried to upsell me nonsense that would not fix the bandwidth problem. It's apparent when the staff speak that they are used to dealing with people who have no idea how any of these things work, and so they try to exploit that ignorance. Most do not conceal the fact that they could not care less about attempting to help you, and, what's worse, make it pretty much impossible for you to fix anything yourself, either. The majority of the staff seem annoyed and indifferent, with a few exceptions. The people who attempt to be efficient and useful have their hands tied--to be fair, a few of them do really try. I try to be grateful for good service and maintain a sense of forgiveness and optimism, but this place is ridiculous. Dealing with this business fills me with inexpressible rage.
