Compare her posts and so-called healed browse with other well known microblading artists. you notice she does not have even one legitimate picture of healed procedures that she's done! I paid her $750 for brows that only lasted 5 days. Long story short due Hang's Lack of skills my brows went through the healing process within five days because she had not penetrated the skin deep enough for the ink to stay. On my touchup day I went to Hang to show her that there was no signs of her ever touching my eyebrows literally not even one stroke but she said "microblading is a two-step process you still need to have the touchup done" and I just looked at her with surprise and said " you do touch up To cover the missed spot or darken the color! you cannot do touchup on an eyebrow that has no signs of microblading! What makes you think that I'm going to pay you more money when my first session was a complete fail this is my face; I'm not gonna let you touch it again!" Took Hang to court and won the judgment. Let's be honest, getting micro-blade eyebrows can be kind of scary! It's pretty much like a tattoo because you won't be able to remove it with some wipes. Extremely difficult to make a touch up appointment, atleast 2 months out. I could not make my first appointment since work schedule changes. I had to reschedule second time due to personal reason and next appointment availability is another 2 months, over 4 months from when I want to get my touch up. I was told price went up since I rescheduled twice and as of the new year, price increased. I don't think its fair for me to wait months because of their busy schedule to pay increased price. I feel like as a customer I am accommodating to the business, not the other way around. It definitely feels like the owner does not need my business, poor customer service. Quality of work? My eyebrows are still uneven, Hang mentioned verbatim "its because your face is asymmetrical and that after my touch up it would even out." - hence the frustration, I've paid $500 to walk around with uneven eyebrows waiting impatiently for touch up. I really dislike giving bad reviews but I feel obligated because of the service. I was super excited to get my eyebrows microbladed and had an appointment scheduled. Unfortunately I had to cancel because I just found out I was pregnant. I had cancel with Anh and obviously wouldn't be able to reschedule for another 2 years (9 months baking and 1+ years nursing) since I am not able to have my eyebrows done during pregnancy or nursing. Anh wouldn't allow a refund of the $100 deposit and she said its only good for a year. Which means if I were to schedule I would have to pay AN ADDITONAL 100 dollar deposit. I think that is extremely unfair, I understand the no refund policy and I know a lot of people who work in the beauty industry and why they implement that policy. But I think there should be exceptions to circumstances, this a is a medical reason why I had to cancel. I mean seriously??!! I had better luck getting american airlines to refund me a plane ticket due to medical clearance. VERY POOR SERVICE and in personal opinion very unprofessional way of conducting business. I feel like she just took my money with no service and is satisfied with that. I work in the medical field, and we charge an amount for missed appointments that are not cancelled in a timely manner. But if there is a medical emergency or medical situation preventing the patient from making their appointment, we would NEVER charge. It's called common courtesy. read more

As someone with major commitment issues, I was definitely afraid to get my eyebrows microbladed. I also have maybe 20 total eyebrow hairs naturally, and drawing them on in the morning was such a pain and my lack of eyebrows was something I was very self conscious about. I found Hang on Yelp, but it was her Instagram that sold me. The style of work was exactly what I was looking for, after looking at a lot of options in the area. She also got back to me immediately when I inquired about her services. The procedure was thorough and she took her time to make sure the end result would look good. Prior to me booking, she was very sweet & responsive, after my first visit, and my touch up, she was non-responsive and rude. She rushed me out of my touch-up appointment and brushed off my concerns about uneveness in my brows. I pointed out specific areas I wanted more hair strokes to get my brows more even, which she kept saying, don't worry, I'll take care of it, but each time I looked in the mirror, she didn't fix it. She then had the nerve to rush me out and stated she couldn't spend too more time on me, cause she booked another appointment. She also kept getting text messages throughout both my appointments and kept stopping to check them and respond. It was so unbelievably unprofessional and not relaxing at all! If she didn't keep taking breaks to check her phone, she would have had time to do my brows right! Needless to say, right after she finished my brows, they looked great, but 4 months later, my brows started to look sloppy and undefined. The crisp clear hair strokes have run and faded and my brows look horrible and uneven! I spend more time now trying to shade in the crappy work she did and using film-grade foundation to cover up the hair strokes that have run and to even out my brows where she went to far out on one side. Ugh, it's more work now than before I had them done. When she did my touch up, she did not follow through with the hair strokes, so I have a bunch of random dark spots on my brows now that don't like up with the original hair strokes she put in. Can't believe she's teaching classes. The bar must be very low in this industry for her to be considered experienced enough to teach. Trust me, my brows and the pics she took looked amazing right after I had them done, now I look like I had my brows done in a prison cell! You'll notice that all of her pics are weird angles while the client is still laying down on their back. She never shows straight side by side before and after while her clients are sitting up. She gave some BS story that she was a huge success in NY, and came here to start new. Why would she leave a thriving practice to start from scratch here, unless she had a lot of unhappy clients she needed to get away from in New York. She even brags thst the best of the best l, like the biggest brow artist in Beverly hills who does brows for super stars comes to her, yeah right! I'd like to see her post pics of results 6 months to a year out...totally not the same. Hair strokes look a mess, undefined and amature at best. She gave very little after care instruction, so I went home and did my own research. Turns out, her instructions were opposite of other pros. The others say keep your brows bone dry to avoid the hair strokes from running and losing definition. Too bad I learned too late. I wish I would have done more research before going to her. She was super friendly and professional -- my appointment took only about 1.5-2 hours and it was not painful at all. I was incredibly impressed with how natural the hair strokes were!! She recommended the 3D/ombre microblading for me and I could not be happier with the results! After the first day I was noticing that the brows were looking very dark and "filled" but I was warned not to touch them AT ALL during the healing process. Within 5 days they began to scab and flake, and by the end of the week they were quite odd and patchy looking! But DON'T WORRY!! It's totally normal, and after about 11 days my eyebrows softened to a very natural look. (: I'm waiting now on a touch-up appointment to fill in some spots that I might have accidentally touched during healing.
