We received little to no guidance or pointing out of common tricks that some agents bring up that sellers do. We had brought up situations where we were told 1 thing but when asked about it were told that was never said. There were quite a few more questionable things that I spoke with other agents about after the fact(family friends as agents in other states) and they had also agreed with me on some things.
