I've been to over 100 Harley dealerships from Cali to Florida and never encountered something like this. My bike is at 90K to and I've got services done at several different dealerships. I'll get my work done at Bossier City, maybe they'll have time for me.

I had to have work done on my bike after being in an accident. They did a good job with the work…read moreand due to the lockdown and me being on base and unable to travel that far they delivered my bike to the base. I really appreciated that or I would not have been able to pick it up even now. They worked with me making sure the work was done right and that what I wanted in the bike was put on. The only issue was the handle bars were wrong. But they came back picked it up changed then and brought it back without issue. This was the only issues for the whole process. If your military I would use them. Riders all know how Harley is over priced and we all love supporting the mom and pop shops but they are the only ones I can find in the area. Especially the only one that's works getting the bike up there and back. That means a lot to me.

They wouldn't crank, chains won't stay on, they won't shift gears, on & on. These are not daily riders, they are used when our grandkids are visiting. We would load them up & take them in for warranty work. Immediately we were told the problems are common for this brand. Of course when we were shopping brands they bragged on them as good, solid, dependable units. The 4 wheelers were in the shop for months at a time getting repaired. The excuse was they were having problems getting parts from the manufacturer. They even told us to call the manufacturer to see if we could get the issue resolved! It was during the time when it was hard to get parts for anything so we were understanding & patient. But no matter because they couldn't keep them running. We have one that has been there for over a year! Still the same old excuse. This is one time where I regret shopping at a small business. Never will I recommend Cenla Moto Sports to anyone for any product they sell. There has never been an offer to replace them, no offer to refund our money, nothing in the way of genuine customer service. This business outright deceived us about the dependability of the brand they sold us & they won't stand behind the product they sold us.
