Me and the other employees I worked with did care for the dogs but could only do so much about how it was actually ran...also employees were just straight up jipped and were never paid our full weeks worth of pay. Everyone I worked with at the time was suddenly let go for no real reason after all the chaos. I absolutely do not recommend this dog daycare by far. This "business" is not ran by dog professionals who know what they are doing. Please do your fur baby a favor and take them someplace else.

My dog is 17 & has a UTI, I thought when your vet is open for business you can go there... It wasn't the office staff who refused it was the Vet her self. My dog has been pretty healthy all her life until here lately, & now the Vet I've been using for years won't see her...I feel abandoned. I took her to another vet, they agreed to see her at 2:15 today. I just got a new Dr. for Izzy. Maybe they will be there for me & my dog in the future.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone until this clinic does a internal self reflection and review on if their practice is best practices and change what drugs, monitoring care and surgical documentation is done.

We also met a third Vet (female) who works occasionally on surgery days. She was also wonderful. All three of the Veterinarians took the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions on care. I never felt rushed during the office visits. I felt that all three were very competent doctors and that my kitten received good care in their hands. Miscommunication occurred regarding pricing on the surgery, but the office manager made it right in the end. I would recommend getting any quotes on surgeries done in writing beforehand because this miscommunication was probably an honest mistake. In any case the fact that they held to their original quote and made things right really impressed us. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how we handle those mistakes that is the measure of our integrity. Kudos to Krysta the Office Manager! The Vet techs were all great also. Our favorite employee is Helen. I am not sure of her role, but she has checked us out a couple of times and is so down-to-earth yet professional and personable.

And I held off on commenting on this for years because when we were in the middle of the pandemic with everybody being masked and 6 feet apart and waiting outside and they were figuring out their computer system the long wait times are seemed somewhat justified while they were sorting things out. But two years later I making appointments so that I don't have to wait for a walk and still waiting well over 90 mins to get in. And then deciding maybe afternoon is the problem and coming early in the morning for a follow up and still waiting over an hour. The doctors are very different and have contradicted one another, as well. We've since moved away and found a lovely vet near the new house.
