They promptly responded and I got an appointment the next day...YEAH, Sunday morning, right?! The repairman showed up right on time, even called ahead when he was 25 minutes out. He determined what needed fixing and provided a detailed invoice before any repairs started. We agreed on a price and the work was completed with an hour or so. The price was reasonable, especially for weekend work, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. These guys get out highest praise and we'll call back if, God forbid, anything else happens to our other garage door. Kudos!

The next morning we received a yelp response from Mark and I contacted them by 8 am. Paul was out by 10 am with a more than fair quote. The process with Anytime was professional from start to finish. We've had Garage Door Services replace a broken spring in the past, and because of their good…read moreservice we contacted them when we were having problems with the opener itself. Hunter came out yesterday, well within the window of time promised, and did a nice, thorough replacement job. We talked about what all he would be doing, he did it, and he swept up when he finished. He left the work area better than he found it, which I appreciate very much. Obviously it's great having a reliable opener again, but both my wife and I really appreciate the improvements they've made in the two decades since our original unit was designed. In my experience, Garage Door Services gets the job done well and in a reasonable time frame, which matters when it's the garage door.

When I said, no, I'm not doing that because I don't believe that, he THEN acted he was looking at the wires, and said, well, we could do a new motor then but can't guarantee it will work sooo, best to get a new unit. You have to pay the $40 fee for them to come out to not even observe anything and tell you this information. I highly recommend you try somewhere else first. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you check out my reviews, this is the very first one star review I have given. Trust me when I say, just call someone else. Try A1 Garage first.

He came out on a very cold federal holiday and patiently listened to my issues and we developed a plan of attack on things to do now vs. things when warmer weather would help accommodate some repairs. He has earned my personal recommendation - I look forward to being a repeat customer once spring rolls around. Thank you Paul!
