The receptionist don't really appear to care and lack any genuine empathy. I transferred doctors in the clinic to private billed and the reception forgot to check me in. I was waiting an hour and didn't get to see the doctors. I complained about my experience and I asked for all my files to be transferred back to my previous clinic and they told me there will be a fee. I have complaint about the doctors who always treated me with respect and were thorough but the practice itself is little more than a truck stop.

The were extremely rude, cold and using sarcasm to say that if I want to wait it will be one hour or I can walk away. The other one said to me that she is not particularly polite when I asked about their rudeness. I'm not here to get anything for free. I'm here because all of my medical history is here and I needed my prescription. I will have to say goodbye to my doctor as I don't intent to come back here to be treated as rubbish when I'm sick and in a vulnerable position. It looks like that most of the admin staff are family or friends so, why bother to reach out to them. There is a big sign that they don't tolerate abuse and they are the one abusing people there.

The care and compassion I have received and been offered to myself and other members of my family is outstandingly good. Nothing is a problem for either Reception Staff right through to the crew of Doctors. Whilst Dr Ristucccia is my physician, on occasions I have seen others. The story doesn't change. Care and compassion. It might be that the "critique" on a earlier review failed to understand that the demographic of Inner West has changed and RMC has achieved a welcoming attitude to all who require medical treatment. I am confident I would not be the only patient holding this view of an fine outstandingly non racial medical institution in Inner West.

A modern, clean and sterile healthcare facility owned by Primary Health Care. You would be forgiven for thinking that you are being treated at a small private hospital. The lounges in the waiting area is comfortable and inviting, and their on-site x-ray and pathology facilities are pretty good. It is great to be able to have these pivotal tests done at the one place. You do not generally have to wait for too long; unless you turn up immediately after work during a weekday or at lunchtimes during the week; other times including weekends are the best times to come here. The Doctors are fairly good; although the consultations with a couple of them could go for a little longer. It is great they ring you to come in if your test results aren't that great; and also if a Doctor promises you that they will send you something; they honour their word and do this without fail. Definitely a great medical centre for when it is needed.
