The wash itself is ok. The wash was newly opened and had a discounted membership for 30 days for the price of a wash. The only way to manage the membership is with the app. The app is trash, you cannot remove a payment method without replacing it with another. You cannot cancel the membership only pause. The cancel option is grayed out. You have to email or call in order to cancel the membership and then still you cannot remove your payment method. Scam like billing practices. No refunds, but they reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time. read more

Wanted to give this place a shot over my preferred place of the "Yellow Square guy". I bought the Category 3 wash selection that includes wax. The guys scrubbed my car down in places before going in. Not bad but my car still had some dirt in creases where the windows were and mirrors. The roof also showed residue from trees back home. I may be back and try a the Tsunami. read more

I have been a member for over a year. I have made a total of 6 trips to find out the equipment is broke down. At the very least text your members that it is out of service. This is so inconvenient and a waste of my time and gas The last break down was 6-15-22 Now I try to call before I go and no one ever answers. I was at the location on Fayetteville Rf in Lumberton NC today and was not satisfied with the car wash nor the customer service given by DJ Wright, who said he was the manager. First off, I paid for the $18.00 wash, which included tire wash, but my tires were completely dry, with no shine. Second, I left the premises and noticed that the lower part of my car was still dirty.
