She knows exactly where to work to help areas of concern and she will show you exercises and stretches that will help. She gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She really worked on relaxing my shoulders, back, and legs. My calves and heels were my main concern and she loosened both. I left the salon without the heel pain. I was visiting this area with my friend so unfortunately, Megan is too far away to become my regular therapist. She gave me suggestions to use with my current therapist, so that was helpful. I just wanted a French manicure which is pretty simple but I just complied with a solid color out of not wanting a rushed French. I just moved to the area so I was looking for a new nail place but that did rub me the wrong way because when I called to make the appointment a couple of days before that wasn't said. To be fair I was about 5 mins late to the appointment which could have prompted their response.
